Our Co-Founder, Sheetal, recently led a calming session on Emotional Freedom Technique, known as "Tapping." Participants learned to reduce stress, ease anxiety, and promote emotional well-being using this powerful tool. It was a wonderful opportunity for our community to connect, relax, and enhance their mental health.
